1. Cleanse Skin: Ensure the forehead area is clean and free from oils or makeup.

3. Prepare the Mask: Peel the plastic backing from the mask.

5. Position the Mask: Place the mask on your forehead, ensuring proper contact with the skin.
6. Select Settings: Use the Educate or Erase setting on your device, adjusting the frequency as needed.
7. Treatment Duration: Apply for 10–30 minutes, dividing the time between the Educate and Erase settings.
8. Post-Treatment Care: Remove the mask, clean any residue, and store it in a sealed bag for future use
